About the Series
Set in magical storybook realms such as Barkingdom, Catopia, Moonwhistle Meadow, and beyond, the series follows Princess Stella, a brave tricolor cockapoo princess, and her clever tuxedo cat best friend, Lord Ollie, as they discover new places, solve gentle mysteries, and learn valuable life lessons along the way.
Created for children ages 3–6, each story combines whimsical watercolor artwork with cozy read-aloud adventures designed to spark imagination, encourage kindness, and create meaningful family reading moments.

About the Author
Virginia “Ginny” Haynie is an elementary educator, storyteller, and lifelong animal lover who believes that books can help children build empathy, imagination, and confidence.
Inspired by real-life pets, classroom experiences, and a love of whimsical storybook adventures, Ginny created Princess Stella & Lord Ollie to share stories that celebrate friendship, kindness, courage, and the joy of discovering new worlds.
When she is not writing, Ginny enjoys teaching, spending time with her family, and caring for the many four-legged friends who inspired the series.
